I don't think it's all vacuous crap, but overall I'd say that he failed to clearly demarcate the line between science and bunk.  He does say that if you're not formulating testable hypotheses then you're not doing real science.  However, I don't think he realises that most of America doesn't have a clue what that means.  Also, I can't believe that they left out the anti-vaxer movement.

  4. I thought he came across as knowledgable and understanding. You might find his lack of "BANZAI ATTACK!"-mode frustrating, but I thought it was refreshing.
