1. There is a diference between liberal bias and the truth! This is a terrible decision.

 2. While there has been some liberal revisionism of the text books that ddid need to be dealt with, that doesn't mean that they should be given a different bias. Then again, maybe it's impossible to tech history without bias, as you can never teach it all, and what you do teach invariably presents a scewed world view.

 3. While you make valid points, it doesn't excuse just teaching whatever a 'board' decides.

CAN WE PLEASE START A FUNDRAISER SO WE CAN PRINT OUR OWN TEXT BOOKS THAT *CORRECTLY* DESCRIBE AMERICAN HISTORY, SO THE ENTIRE UNITED STATES DOES NOT HAVE TO SUCCUM TO WHATEVER BOOKS THE STATE OF TEXAS CHOOSES?

WE NEED AN INDEPENDENT HISTORY BOOK PUBLISHER THAT CAN OFFER HISTORY BOOKS AROUND THE UNITED STATES THAT HAVE ACCURATE INFORMATION!

GIVE SCHOOLS A CHOICE IN WHICH HISTORY BOOKS TO USE. DON'T FORCE THE ENTIRE US TO USE HISTORY BOOKS THAT REMOVE FACTUAL HISTORY!
