My thoughts on the last question of the night from the fundy, paraphased - 'Why can't we just work together towards a common good'. I think, Richard in teaching facts, is hoping the truth will lead towards a better world (less wars, better medince, women are equal, etc). She wants to help the world but with false believes. While her kind may help by building a few homes but at the same time not allowing planned parenthood, what is the end results. The old saying 'give a man a fish, feed him for a day, teach a man to fish, he will feed himself for life' comes to mind.
I have to say, if you've heard Richard's "Greatest Show" talk, you can skip this one. Seems like at least half the questions were "What do you do about stupid people who refuse to see the evidence?" A: "Keep trying".
