  5. i've seen Deepak's debate with some christians about the devil's existence, and i couldn't believe that this guy, with all his 'woo woo' bullshit was the voice of reason there. damn, how silly you have to be to sound worse the Deepak?!

  6. Yeah that line sort of disturbed me a little, even though I understood what she meant.

  7. *audience applause*

This is what Dawkins was referring to regarding child abuse: instilling fear of Satan into your impressionable kids is so wrong.

Christopher Hitchens has also brought this up in his debates with clergy.
I also think it is a form of child abuse.

  9. I knew when I clicked play I would regret it. Every time I watch any videos of this show I can feel my IQ sinking.

  10. I strongly advise you NOT to watch this show. This is triple whopper with cheese supersize dumbness on a whole new scale. It will only take you three minutes closer to your death.

  11. Heavy, heavy, and deep philosophy here. I couldn't keep up. Dingledork and Dumbledouch presented such intricate and complex arguments for the existence of Satan ... they just lost me. Satan made mommy eat the cookies so junior was denied his post-poop reward?

Does anyone in America take this crap seriously?

  12. It's amazing how parents 'know' what their children will believe.  And yet for some reason children are not carbon copies of their parents.

  13. The existence of evil is only undeniable if you already believe in these absurd notions of good and evil as being objective.  Her notion of evil is just an opinion, perhaps a very popular one, but an opinion no less.  'Next weeks guest is a Mr Friedrich Neitzsche, who claims that Sherry is a moron'..

Oh,I just thought.  I bet she tells little jeffrey that there are no monsters under the bed....  'Don't worry Jeffrey, there are no monsters under the bed.... only Satan who watches you every minute of every day and will torture you in the depths of hell for eternity if you do anything bad.. night night'.

  14. I'm guessing the woman in the red top and the woman in the white top are on this show because their views are a popular reflection of a large proportion of American women. Are parts of American society going backwards? They appear so contented with their ignorance, almost child like, perhaps this is a result of growing up on a diet of walt disney, sit coms and revivals?

  15. I'm guessing everyone's seen the one where one of the panelists doesn't know if the world is flat or not:
