What I've been seeing in the news is more that the pope's brother may have been *aware* of specific abuse cases. I don't know that any allegations have been brought against him.

I strongly suspect that the Poop himself is guilty of child abuse based on his steadfast and hardheaded defence of the crime for so many years.
