Rev. Barry Lynn, Americans United for Separation of Church & State, Executive Director and Edward Sisson, Intelligent Design Attorney have a discussion on the 1968 Supreme Court case of Epperson v. Arkansas. The 9-0 decision overturned an Arkansas law, which prohibited teachers in public schools from teaching, or using textbooks that teach, human evolution.
